    *NWTS tries to be as accommodating as possible with people’s busy schedules. If you are comfortable, nobody is required to be home, as long as we have a way into the house and someone is available to call if we have questions.*

    +++++++Tub: drain will be masked off (NWTS does not remove) and the overflow will be set aside.
    +++++++Fiberglass: water control trim and drain cover will be set aside. Showerhead and tub spout will be masked off.

    ++ New white silicone caulking is reapplied when the gap size is less than 1/4".
    +++++++Tub: caulk is removed around the refinished area.
    +++++++Shower: caulk is removed where threshold meets the floor.
    +++++++New Tile Surround: if joint is grouted before refinishing, we will mask off on the grout line. Then caulking will need to be applied to seal the edge.
    +++++++Color matched caulking: If using color matched caulking, caulking should be applied after 48 hour cure by homeowner.

    +++++++After 48 hours, the overflow and/or trim can be reinstalled by customer.

    +++++++Masking tape can sometimes pull off the existing paint or wallpaper. The customer is responsible for touch up paint or repairs, if needed.

    +++++++Do a general cleaning of the bathroom to remove dust and debris.
    +++++++To allow for draping and masking, remove all items from the bathroom such as shower curtain, toiletries, wall hangings; clear off countertop, and remove loose items from the floor.

    ++Please discuss further if your bathroom will not be in a finished state. There will be a return service fee to repair damage or buff dust caused from remodeling. *see below for more details.

    ++ When adverse weather arrives, we assess the roads the morning of the job. Often, they clear the main roads but not the side roads. We need safe access including side roads, parking, and walkways to carry our equipment or we will have to postpone.

    ++There will be additional charges if there is excessive wait time, inaccurate answers, or we have to return to repair damages or buff dust from remodeling.

    *Some special circumstances such as vanity or toilet being close to tub justify installation after the refinishing. Some people choose to paint the walls as the final step. If you paint last, use care not to damage the refinishing.*
